-Daught of the tooth Fairy: SF Piezolectric 3.5 pt font, 40 tracking, 150% vertical scale, 90% horizontal scale
Course those sizes are to my scale; the font SF Piezolectric though seems to be the best free font I could find that closely resembled the box text
