MH: Justice Nacht

I started this girl a while ago…I got distracted at one point from finishing her though, so she should’ve been up last week but hey, you know.

So this is my latest MH custom. Her name is Justice Nacht, and she is a Fury.

“Justice Nacht” is a random name of an old char of mine that I absolutely love for who knows what reason, and when I’d decided to make a Fury, it just seemed perfect. Furies were thought to be similar to Gorgons, while at the same time they were also thought to be descended from Nyx, and a triad were like guardians to the underworld. They had wings, and had tears of blood running from their eye, eyes which if you looked into them would cause you to have massive horrific hallucinations, or the likes. They would only do that to the evil people though; as guardians they judged if you were worthy and they punished the evil. “Justice” is a very obvious meaning, and is a reference to her judging, while “Nacht” is German for “night” referring back to Nyx.

So I started off with a CaM dragon head, CaM wolf arms/hands, and a SS Frankie body. I repainted the head in a gray to match the body, then I added black “gradients” to her limbs, body and head. Sadly her hair and clothes cover up half of the, but you can see her markings in this WIP shot. Her eyes were painted a bright red/orange in a snake-like pattern to reference back to their possible relation to Gorgons; she was also given a snakey-like eyeliner and sparkly black lips with fangs showing, as well as silver “tears” running from her eyes. I also repainted the CaM dragon wings blacks, and was able to rig up a harness for them (like Cupid’s) so she could wear her wings over her clothes. Then I topped it off with a red Liv wig (almost went with a blue/black, but I wanted to keep the red theme)

Clothing wise, she h as Tora’s dress, the 1600 Ula skirt (minus ruffle) with the DotD Deena belt, DotD Lagoona arm thingy, DatM/KS Frankie vest, Jackson glasses, and CaM Skeleton shoes. She doesn’t need the glasses to see, she’s forced to wear them by the school like Gorgons are, even though her sight isn’t involuntary; this is more to remove temptation from using it. The arm thingy was supposed to be reminiscent of a snake since one description o read said that Furies were entwined with snakes at the waist, whatever that means XD;; The skele shoes were to liken back to her role as an underworld guardian (and they were pliable enough not to damage the paint job)

I haven’t been in the mood to do art of her, or a bio yet but I can see her excelling in Harry’s Street Claw class and being very good at winning arguments. I can also see her getting royally peeved when people call her a Gorgon.

So yay another custom to go on the shelf…that has no room…;
