I know, I know I’m missing Tommy…I’d meant to do him but I wasn’t that happy with his basic lines to start with, and I couldn’t figure out a design, so yeah…I’ll add him eventually…at least I got Joey added (if I'd posted this last week he wouldn't've been)
But anywhos, these are the “Night of the Living Dork” designs for my tweenies ^^ And the fact that most of them are black/white/gray was a total accident…I swear
So explanations….left to right….
Howleen F. Wolf She actually went and asked a sister for help to be “girly looking” for this They took full advantage of her color changing, and dyed some of her hair black. The rest was all planned around that, as an homage to the old black and white films, while not being overly feminine. (I also have a custom of this ^^ ) Seth Gorgon Was trying for a dressier look for him, but it’s still really casual. Deuce probably helped him. I loved the circular gold glasses, and the bands on his arms are just temporary tattoos for this, but that will be his banding pattern when he’s older. Prizma Dentata Grade A, 100% fairy princess attempt right here she has the big poofy dress (with lots of pink and blue tulle) and even glass slippers. Big pretty poofy rainbow hair, and a cute tooth purse to go with her elegant gloves. Prizma is a fairy princess. Oliver Time Was going for an elegant steam punk/victorian-esque look for him. Probably one of the rare times you’ll see him without his hat I also felt like he was very “prince charming” to Prizma’s “fairy princess”…despite the fact that Howie shanghaied him into being her date Marie Toulon At this point I’d noticed that I was very b/w, and Marie being naturally that, I wanted t ogive her colo! And she adores pink and babydoll dresses, even though she rarely gets to wear them, so I figured this was the perfect chance for her to. Her dress is also tulle-y, and her purse was meant to be a Boouis Vouton (Louis Vouton spoof XD;;; ) though I am ashamed to say that I failed epically at it (my mother will disown me if she sees this ) And high heeled ballet slippers do exist…just saying. I do like her makeup; it’s a little weird, but I think it suits her wonderfully. Echo Vondergeist Again, some Victorian inspired wear, with some classy gothic, and some SERIOUS color added there He looks like such a clown though…but then again, it’s Echo; is that really a surprise? Joey Heim Ok so his one I sorta cheated a bit and just reused the design I gave him for RftG, but in my defense he doesn’t have many “dancing clothes”. And I hope I got his size correctly Winona Graypelt There are actual outfits that look like this, I swear, I didn’t want to be considered crazy here but looking at Winona, she tries to incorporate traditional styles with modern ones, and from her Basic to SO looks, the fur is downplayed heavily. So this time, I wanted to play it up. Sadly it added more gray to the image, but I like how the silver/ray played against her darker complexion so I think it evens out.
It'll be done soon! When's the deadline again?
