TFCC: College Days

 This started off because I was trying to think on a side plot in a different fic, and it involved bringing in Sentinel Prime/Major and Elita One, and a love triangle with Ultra Magnus. Yeah, I’m strange. Bt when I was telling Mr. M about it, he asked “wait is this for your humanformers?” and I was like “no…but maybe it is now…” So idk now if it’ll be over there, but it is here now!

 So this is back when Optimus was a freshman at college. He’s like Mike in MU; studies, seems like a stick in the mud, and he wants to make it because he has the skills, not because of his family name. he tries to hide the fact he’s a Prime by calling himself “Orion Pax”, which isn’t too much of a stretch since his mother’s maiden name was “Pax”. So for this purpose, his full name is Optimus Orion (Pax) Prime.

 Sentinel is his older brother by like 3 years, a typical frat boy jock, and is totally skating by thanks to the Prime name. He’s not as adamant about using the Pax surname, because Prime gets him more of course. But his full name is Sentinel Major (Pax) Prime, so he’ll answer to any arrangement of those words.

 Sentinel’s roommate is Ultra Magnus, an ROTC student. He’s there to finish his course work, and move to eth Tarn Base and be an officer. He and Sentinel have been roommates since day one, and for the most part, despite being opposites, are pretty tight friends. Except when it comes to Elita.

 Elita is Sentinel’s girlfriend. She’s a childhood friend to both of the brothers, but it was Sentinel that made the move. They’re pretty much college sweethearts, despite Sentinel getting into trouble. She doesn’t take that lightly, but she always ends up taking him back. However, she and Magnus have this connection, and there’s more than one occasion after Sentinel hurt her, that she’d turned to his best friend, and they almost became a thing. But it just never happened. She…um…well when I think of Elita, my mind says “Malibu death tank” so she could also be ROTC or in construction or welding. I’m not sure; she might be pink, but she’s not a girly-girl.

 And then a younger Megatron! I figured he’s there on scholarship, or Iacon has a “community college section”, so that’s where he fits in. He and Orion share a Civics-like class, so that’s when the social justice talks start happening. Until he up and just disappears one day, not to be seen really in the public eye until he takes over Kaon Enterprises. Megs is…probably Sentinel’s age, but he’s a freshmen like Orion…I was going for a street-kid vibe here…

 So yeah, backstory world building maybe? Idk anymore
